Bob and Shelly Brevak
From ABC Raceway to the Brickyard. Wisconsin Racing Royalty.
Bob and Shelly Brevak built one of the most respected family-owned racing operations in ARCA history, starting on the short tracks of Northern Wisconsin and working their way to the doorstep of NASCAR’s biggest stages. Bob’s father, Frank Brevak, built ABC Raceway in Ashland, Wisconsin, where Bob compiled 16 feature wins before launching a USAC Stock Car career and eventually founding Brevak Racing.
The team became a force in the ARCA Permatex SuperCar Series, winning five races at legendary venues including Salem Speedway, Hagerstown Speedway, Springfield Mile, and DuQuoin State Fairgrounds. In 1989 the team finished runner-up in the series championship by just 65 points. They came back in 1990 and won it outright. Brevak Racing then became a charter team in the inaugural 1995 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and fielded entries through the 2008 season, fielding the iconic No. 31. Brevak Racing made 165 starts in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, with drivers such as Tony Roper, Kevin Cywinski, Tina Gordon, Mike Wallace, Scott Riggs, and more.

Paul Block, Crew Chief
From the Driver's Seat to the Pit Box.
Paul Block knows what it takes to win from both sides of the pit wall. Before stepping into the crew chief role, Block was a competitive driver himself, racing at tracks across Wisconsin, including State Park Speedway, Golden Sands Speedway, Tomahawk Speedway, and La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway. That experience behind the wheel shapes how he prepares a truck and reads a race.
As crew chief for Thirty One Motorsports, Block has built a reputation as one of the most capable crew chiefs in the Midwest Truck Series. He earned his 8th career series win in 2025, adding two victories to his resume in a single season. In 2026 he brings that experience to all three trucks, serving as crew chief across the entire Thirty One Motorsports program. Block led the team to their first win of 2026 at Madison International Speedway, with driver Tristan Swanson behind the wheel.

Trevor Raskie
24 Years in Racing. Every Role. Zero Shortcuts.
Trevor Raskie did not buy his way into team ownership. He earned it. Three consecutive American Super Cup Series championships from 2002 to 2004, 50 wins, 85 top-five finishes, 79 top-two finishes, and track records at four venues built a resume that commands respect before he ever mentions the trucks he fields today. He was the 2007 Marshfield Super Speedway Super Late Model Rookie of the Year, and has turned laps at both Charlotte Motor Speedway and Orlando Speed World.
Trevor has done every job a racing program demands. He turned wrenches, managed crews, built partnerships, and developed drivers before building Thirty One Motorsports into a three-truck Midwest Truck Series program. He knows what preparation looks like and what it costs to fall short. That standard shapes how this program operates every weekend.
